excellent service handy shop
The service from the staff was excellent. They enhanced my experience at the hotel! The shop was handy. Solomon at the restaurant was amazing. He catered to my food requests.

late housekeeping lukewarm food
housekeeping often came late, around 7pm, just when we were getting ready for dinner. the food in the buffet was average and often not hot enough. it meant we spent extra eating elsewhere.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

The reception staff, including Abigail, provided excellent assistance. She secured complimentary tickets to a fully booked VIP show. The beach views are beautiful, and multiple pool options accommodate both relaxation and activities. The hotel offers diverse amenities that are well-suited to various guest preferences. Wilfred at the Minazi restaurant delivered great service. He was consistently helpful and attentive. The pizza at Minazi is especially noteworthy and worth trying. The hotel demonstrates generosity, and the staff is very attentive to guests' needs. The resort features numerous halls, that make it ideal for events. Consistently amazing food includes a variety of delicious options. The staff continuously checks to ensure guests have everything needed. This confirms their commitment to excellent service. I found the gym to be well-equipped. It includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. The spa services are also a great addition to the hotel. I would definitely recommend them.
I noticed some areas could benefit from a little more attention to detail. The phone in my room had some visible signs of accumulated dirt.

Minazi Restaurant offered delicious pizza, I recommend it. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries , and a variety of hot dishes. Christine provided fantastic service and accommodated my dietary needs .
